Annual Wisconsin HLAA State Meeting

We hosted our annual HLAA WI State Association meeting on November 1 at the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Portage County. During the meeting, we reviewed our accomplishments from 2024 and discussed plans for 2025. Caroline Ludka from the Wisconsin DHS Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing also provided an update on their recent activities.
We concluded with the election of board members. Please join us in welcoming new board members Scott Taebel and Christine Klessig. We also extend our sincere thanks to Julie Olson for her years of service on the board and for her dedicated work as the HLAA WI newsletter editor.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to a productive meeting. Next year, we plan to extend the meeting time to allow for more ample discussion.
